Infrared Thermography

Includes a full evaluation of structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, infrared thermography, and a same-day report delivered on site.

Foundation Settlement Plotting

Detailed measurements of the foundation are taken to identify elevation changes and possible settlement patterns. This provides a clearer understanding of movement that may not be obvious during a visual inspection alone.

Water Supply TDS Reading

Testing of the home’s water supply to measure Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), giving insight into water quality and the presence of minerals, contaminants, or impurities that may affect taste, appliances, and plumbing longevity.

Indoor Air Temperature & Humidity

Measurement of interior environmental conditions to evaluate comfort levels and identify conditions that may contribute to moisture issues, inefficiency, or indoor air quality concerns.

HVAC Sizing & Performance

Evaluation of the HVAC system’s approximate sizing in relation to the home, along with performance checks (including temperature differential when accessible) to help determine if the system is operating efficiently and adequately for the space.

Sewer Scope Inspection

A specialized camera inspection of the home’s main sewer line to identify hidden issues that are not visible during a standard inspection. This includes checking for blockages, debris buildup, pipe damage, root intrusion, or conditions that could impact proper drainage and lead to costly repairs.
